What makes a stack hold?
A good stack does not treat ethics as a layer added after deployment. It turns governance into concrete interfaces, recurring checks, and ordinary team behavior.
Make limits legible
Give operators and counterparties a clear view of purpose, capability, authority, and the boundary between recommendation and decision.
Design for interruption
Support pause, review, correction, and revocation as normal operations—not emergency exceptions.
Learn without hiding
Use incidents, feedback, and audits to improve the system while preserving an understandable record of what happened.
